Sec. 10-76. - Violation—Penalty.¶
The penalty for any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter 10 shall be the same as those in Section 10.04.060 of the animal control ordinance, which states the following:
10.04.060 Violation - Penalty.
A. Any person violating any of the provisions of this title is guilty of an infraction, unless another penalty is provided for in this title.
B. Violation of Sections:
