10.52.010 - Crosswalk use in business district.¶
No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a crosswalk in any business district.

10.52.020 - Stopping on sidewalks in business districts.¶
In any business district, no pedestrian shall stop or stand on a sidewalk, except as near as is physically possible to the building line or curb line.

10.52.030 - Crossing at intersections where traffic is directed.¶
At intersections where traffic is directed by an officer of the county sheriff's department or an officer of the State Highway Patrol, traffic officer or traffic signal, no pedestrian shall cross the roadway other than with released traffic.

10.52.040 - Blocking passage.¶
No person shall block, impede or obstruct any public place or any entrance, exit or approach to any place of business in or upon any public place in a manner calculated or with the intent to prevent, delay, hinder or interfere with the free passage therealong or therethrough of any other person who is entering, occupying or leaving any place of business; or who is performing any services or labor; or who is seeking or obtaining employment; or who is purchasing, selling, using, delivering, transporting or receiving any goods, wares, merchandise, services, entertainment, accommodations or articles; or who is attempting or seeking to do any of the foregoing; or prevent, delay, hinder or interfere with the free passage therealong or therethrough of any vehicle or conveyance operated by or in the custody of any such other person or in which any such person is riding or attempting to ride.

10.52.050 - Soliciting in business districts prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to stand upon any sidewalk in the business district for the purpose of soliciting, selling or distributing advertising, pamphlets, or any property, wares or merchandise.

10.52.060 - Standing in street prohibited—Exceptions.¶
No pedestrian shall stand in any roadway or street other than in a safety zone or in a crosswalk if such action interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.
This section shall not apply to any police officer, surveyor, street sweeper or other person when necessarily upon the street in line of duty.

10.52.070 - Violations.¶
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered an infraction, punishable as provided in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
