4-42.1 - Nude Figures or Indecent Advertisements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to display for advertising purposes, upon any billboard or advertising sign board, or upon or in any window, or upon any building or fence or in any public place, any delineation of any nude human figure, or any other matter or thing of an indecent or immoral nature, or shocking or offensive to the moral sense.
