4-27 - SOLICITING ON STREETS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit on any public street or sidewalk, park or other public place or in any doorway or entranceway immediately abutting thereon, the sale of any subscription to any magazine, periodical or other publication, or the sale of any tangible personal property, for delivery at a subsequent time.
