4-28.1 - Trespassing on Wharf.¶
Any person trespassing or loitering upon any wharf or pier owned or controlled by the City shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

4-28.2 - Trespass Upon Public Property Prohibited.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter or trespass upon any property of the City except to the extent permitted by the public use to which such property has been dedicated.

4-28.3 - Loitering About Property Owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda.¶
a. Every person who loiters, prowls, wanders or is present without lawful business on the property of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda and who fails to leave upon request of a peace officer or authorized agent of the Housing Authority or returns within seventy-two (72) hours, after being asked to leave by a peace officer or authorized agent of the City Housing Authority, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is punishable by a fine of not exceeding five hundred ($500.00) dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
b. As used in this subsection, loiter shall mean to delay, to linger, or to idle about any such City Housing Authority property without a lawful purpose for being present.

4-28.4 - Roaming or Loitering on Streets, Sidewalks, and Other Public Places.¶
No person shall roam or loiter about the streets of the City between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 4:00 a.m. without having lawful business upon the streets at that time; nor shall any person, at any time, loiter on the public streets, public places or any place open to the public, stand, sit or lie upon any street, sidewalk or crosswalk in the City in such manner as to interfere with the free and unmolested passage of persons or vehicles passing over, along or across same.
