4-63 - CRIMINAL RECORDS.

a. Any person who, without authority to do so, willfully obtains data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

b. Any person who willfully provides personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.
