4-35.1 - Definition.¶
As used in this section:
Fireworks shall mean and include any pasteboard or paper tube or similar device containing combustibles, or explosives for producing a noise or display of light, also all rockets, Roman candles, cannons, bombs, or other devices designed to produce a noise, light or pyrotechnic display, but shall not include any public exhibition of fireworks displayed under control or authority of the City Council.

4-35.2 - Sale, Giving Away or Offering For Sale Unlawful.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give away any fireworks in the City, or offer the same for sale. Any fireworks displayed in or about any store, or the show windows thereof, or in or about any other building or place, shall be construed as offering the same for sale.

4-35.3 - Discharge of Fireworks Unlawful.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge or set off any fireworks in the City, or cause or suffer the same to be done.
