3-6.1 - Authority to Advance General Funds.

The Finance Director may issue warrants to the General Fund of the City of Alameda for the purpose of paying debts funded by state or federal programs prior to the time of the actual receipt by the City of such state or federal monies provided that, (a) the Finance Director has in his/her possession sufficient entitlements to the state or federal monies and (b) such payments shall not impair his/her ability to pay debts funded by the City.
