3-5.1 - Tidelands Trust Fund Established.¶
There is hereby created a separate account or fund to be known as the Tidelands Trust Fund for the purpose of accounting for revenues and disbursements arising out of ownership by the City of that certain property describe in acts of that Legislature of the State of California, found in Stats. 1913, Chapter 348, page 707, as amended by Stats. 1917, Chapter 594, page 907.

3-5.2 - Revenues to Fund.¶
All rents, issues, profits, rates, tolls, charges or other revenue accruing to the City which are derived from or attributable to the use of the land pursuant to the statutes shall be deposited in the Fund.

3-5.3 - Disbursements from Fund.¶
Monies in the Fund shall be expended solely for:
a. The establishment, improvement and conduct of a harbor, and for the construction, maintenance and operation thereon of wharves, docks, piers, slips, quays and other utilities, warehouses, factories, storehouses, structures and appliances necessary or convenient for the promotion, benefit and accommodation of commerce and navigation;
b. Development, construction, operation and maintenance of such other facilities and appurtenances thereon, or convenient thereto, as are generally or specifically authorized by the acts;
c. Such other uses or purposes as are now or may in the future be authorized by law for expenditure of revenues derived from the tidelands.
