3-1.1 - Necessity for Demands to be Presented for Approval.

The City Council reviews and approves annual appropriations of City funds. Monthly, the Finance Director shall render to the City Council a list of all payments made for goods and services.

3-1.2 - Certification of Demands by Library Trustees and Board of Public Utilities.

The Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the Board of Library Trustees and the Secretary of the Board of Public Utilities are each hereby authorized to certify the action of their respective boards on demands presented thereto and to administer oaths and affirmations for the verification of the demands.
