3-2.1 - Deposits in Banks.¶

All moneys belonging to the City of Alameda may be deposited by the Treasurer or his/her designee of the City in a bank or banks, or corporations authorized to do a banking business in this State, in accordance with State law for deposit of public moneys in such cases made and provided.
