6.68.100 - Mandatory food safety education.

The health inspector may require anyone associated with the food facility to attend a food safety education class, including if health inspector determines either of the following:

A.

There have been repeated major violations (CDC risk factor violations) that affect food safety; or

B.

Any food handler or food employee does not have sufficient knowledge and understanding of how to safely prepare and serve foods.
