Title 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS Chapter 1.01 - CODE ADOPTION

There is hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated fully into this chapter and made a part thereof as though set out in full, an Ordinance Code of the county of Alameda which is a recompilation, reconsolidation, recodification and reindexing of the prior Ordinance Code of the county of Alameda, adopted December 27, 1966, by the board of supervisors of the county of Alameda, which recompilation, reconsolidation, recodification and reindexing is done pursuant to Section 25130 of the Government Code. Not less than three copies of the Ordinance Code of the county were filed with the clerk, board of supervisors, of the county prior to the adoption of the ordinance codified in this section and such copies shall be kept on file in the office of the county clerk for use and examination by the public.
