1.12.010 - Violation of code a misdemeanor—Penalty.

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of this code, or who fails to comply with any of the regulatory requirements of this code, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by both.
