13.24.140 - Government properties exempt.¶

No fee shall be levied on land owned by federal, state or local government.

13.24.150 - Hardship exemption.¶

A hardship exemption is provided for single-family residence property owners who meet criteria established by the director. Any property owner claiming this exemption shall annually demonstrate entitlement by submitting an application and supporting documentation to the director. The criteria for the exemption, application and documentation are described in guidelines established by the director and approved by the board.
