6.040.100 - Requirements for haulers and facility operators.¶

A.

A hauler providing single-family, commercial, or industrial collection service shall meet the requirements and standards contained in the county waste regulations, SLCP regulations and all other applicable laws and regulations.

B.

Owners of facilities, operations, and activities that recover organic waste, including, but not limited to, compost facilities, community composting operators and in-vessel digestion facilities shall meet the requirements and standards contained in the county waste regulations, SLCP regulations and all other applicable laws and regulations.
