1309A.1 Early compliance. To encourage early compliance with the requirements of this chapter, compliance pursuant to Section 1311A may be
completed at any time before compliance would otherwise be required. In the event of early compliance, a water conservation inspection shall be
c om pleted and a certificate of compliance shall be filed with the Department in accordance with Section 1311A.
