606.3 Multidwelling Units. In multidwelling units, one or more shutoff valves shall be provided in each dwelling unit so that the hot and cold water [

606.3.1 Add the following section:
606.3.1 Any apartment / unit / dwelling or condominium where a remodel is performed shall meet the requirements of sections 606.2, 606.3 and 606.5.
