102A.17 Assessment of Costs. The Building Official shall take action to have the costs of all work done or caused to be done pursuant to the provisions of Section 102A.14 or Section 102A.16 assessed against the parcel or parcels of land upon which said building, structure, property or portion thereof is situated. Such costs shall include, in addition to the cost of barricading, securing, repairing, or demolishing the building and the clearing of the site, the cost to the City and County of San Francisco of administration and supervision of such work.
