Chapter 3 — PLANNING COMMISSION SUBCOMMITTEE — Yucaipa Zoning Code

82.0301 Establishment. ¶

Pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code, there is established a Planning Commission Subcommittee.

82.0305 Appointment of Members. ¶

The Planning Commission Subcommittee shall consist of three members of the City of Yucaipa Planning Commission who shall be appointed by the Chair of said Commission to serve on a rotating schedule.

82.0315 Functions. ¶

The functions of the Planning Commission Subcommittee shall be as set forth in the California Government Code, City of Yucaipa Code and City policy.

82.0320 Procedures. ¶

The City Council shall ratify the rules adopted by the Planning Commission for the time, place, and conduct of meetings of the Planning Commission Subcommittee.
