Chapter 2 — PLANNING COMMISSION — Yucaipa Zoning Code

82.0201 Establishment. ¶

Pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code, there is established a Planning Commission for the City of Yucaipa, County of San Bernardino, State of California.

82.0205 Appointment of Members. ¶

The appointment of Planning Commissioners, their terms of office, and the expiration of said terms shall be as provided by the ordinances and resolutions of the City. (Amended by Ord. 137 § 8, 1995)

82.0220 Functions. ¶

The functions of the Commission shall be as set forth in the California Government Code, City of Yucaipa Code and City policy.

82.0225 Procedures. ¶

The City Council shall ratify the rules adopted by the Planning Commission for the time, place and conduct of meetings of the Commission.
