Sec. 3-7.401. - Create.¶
The purpose of this article is to create in the City treasury a special fund to be known as the "General Liability Fund," to accumulate and disperse money for general liability obligations.
The City Council will by motion determine the programs and level of payments.

Sec. 3-7.402. - Deposits.¶
All money appropriated for programs authorized by the City Council and the amount that may be earned on such finds on deposit shall be deposited with the "General Liability Fund."

Sec. 3-7.403. - Expenditures.¶
Expenditures within the General Liability Fund shall consist of the payment of general liability obligations of the City and expenses for administration of the programs and maintenance of adequate City reserves.
The disbursement of money from this fund shall follow the procedures of other City obligations.
The City Council will by resolution determine additional procedures in the disbursement of money.
The Director of Finance shall be responsible for the accounting of all receipts and disbursements.
The funds shall remain in the name and title of the City and shall not be held in any way as collateral securing any other obligation of the City of Yuba City.
