2.32.010 - Contract—Authorized.¶
A contract between the city council of the city of Williams and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, said contract being made a part of this chapter by reference, as though herein set out in full.

2.32.020 - Contract—Execution.¶
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract provided for in Section 2.32.010, for and on behalf of said agency.
