2.12.010 - Duties.¶
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the treasurer shall perform all statutory duties and such other duties as may be prescribed by the city council from time to time.

2.12.020 - Transfer of duties.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 34004 of the California Government Code, the city council hereby transfers the financial and accounting duties imposed upon the treasurer by Sections 41001 through 41004 of the California Government Code to the city finance officer under the direction of the city administrator.
