10.48.010 - Conformance required—Violation deemed infraction.¶
Unless otherwise prescribed in this title or by state law, any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this title shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be punishable by a fine in an amount as established by Section 1.12.030 of this Code.
