2.04.010 - Meetings.¶
Unless otherwise duly noticed as a public hearing or special meeting at a different location, all meetings of the city council shall be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 810 E Street, Williams California.

2.04.020 - Dates and procedures of meetings.¶
The city council shall from time to time establish by resolution the time of regular council meetings, as well as the procedures for the conduct of such meetings.
