§ 2.32.010. Created.¶
There are created for the government of the city the following organizations and/or departments:
A. Fire department;
B. Police department;
C. Planning commission;
D. Civil defense and disaster council;
E. Department of public works;
F. Department of community development;
G. Community services and recreation department;
H. Community services and recreation commission.
I. Human resources and risk management department.

§ 2.32.020. Department of public works.¶
The head of the department of public works is designated the director of public works/city engineer.
