§ 2.12.010. Duties generally.

The city clerk shall have those duties as prescribed by the Government Code of the state of California, or as hereafter provided by the laws of the state of California, or by ordinances or resolutions of the city consistent with said duties.

§ 2.12.020. Bond—Amount.

The city clerk, upon assuming the duties of office, shall execute a bond to the city in conformity with the provisions of the Government Code of the state of California relating to bonds of public officers. The amount of the bond shall be in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars.

§ 2.12.030. Publications—Fees.

Fees for services provided shall be paid to the city as set by resolution of the city council. No fees shall be charged to other governmental agencies.
