§ 2.24.010. Officers and employees.¶
A. The salaries and compensation of officers and employees of the city shall be as fixed and determined by resolution of the city council, except those fixed in this code.
B. All officers and employees of the city shall serve at the pleasure of the city council, subject to provisions of state law and limitations contained in this code as it now exists or is hereafter amended. In addition to salaries and compensation, the city council may specify by resolution, as it so desires, any costs or actual and necessary expenses any officer or employee is to be reimbursed for in addition to his salary or compensation.
