§ 2.52.010. Created.¶
There is created for the city a department of field services, which shall include the following divisions:
A. Street maintenance;
B. Water supply and maintenance;
C. Park maintenance;
D. Automotive and equipment maintenance.

§ 2.52.020. Director—Office created—Powers and duties generally.¶
The department of field services shall be under the supervision of the director of field services whose office is created. The director of field services shall have the duty of supervising those departments within the jurisdiction of the department of field services and such other duties in connection therewith as provided for by the laws of the state, ordinances or resolutions of the city council, or as the city council may from time to time direct.
