3.5.010. - Adoption of Flood Control Channel Ordinance.¶
A. Except as hereinafter provided, Title 20, Utilities, Division 5, Flood Control District Property and Facilities, Chapter 20.94, Channels, of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on January 1, 2000, is hereby adopted by reference as the Flood Control Channel Ordinance of the City.
B. A copy of Title 20, Utilities, Division 5, Flood Control District Property and Facilities, Chapter 20.94, Channels, of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on January 1, 2000, has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.

3.5.020. - Violations and Penalties.¶
A violation of any provision of the Flood Control Channel Ordinance is a misdemeanor which is punishable as provided in Chapter 1.2 of the this Code.
