§ 17.17.010. Purpose. ¶

The purpose of this chapter is to identify the applicability of the Southport Framework Plan. (Ord. 19-1 § 3)

§ 17.17.020. Applicability. ¶

The Southport Framework Plan applies to all use and development of properties within the boundaries of the Southport Framework Plan area. (Ord. 19-1 § 3)

§ 17.17.030. Southport Framework Plan. ¶

All development within the SFP Overlay Zone shall be consistent with the requirements of the Southport Framework Plan. (Ord. 19-1 § 3)
