§ 17.12.010. Purpose and applicability.

The Purpose of the Storefront Retail Cannabis Overlay Zones are to:

  • A. Establish where storefront retail cannabis businesses may locate subject to all required approvals.

  • B. Protect sensitive uses from potential incompatibilities with storefront retail cannabis businesses. (Ord. 23-1, 3/15/2023)

  • A. Storefront retail cannabis business on West Capitol Avenue must be at least 500 feet apart.
