Sec. 7-230. - Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to provide minimum standards to safeguard property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures within the City of West Covina as required in section 14051 of the California Penal Code relating to building security.
