2.367.010 Organization.¶
The water utility department is established and organized into two functional program areas, all of which are under the direction and administration of the water utility director. These areas are water and wastewater. (Ord. No. 2011-001, § 3, 1-10-11; Ord. No. 2017-010, § 2, 5-22-17)
2.367.020 Duties and responsibilities.¶
Under the direction of the water utility director, the department is charged with providing for the production, treatment, transmission, and distribution of water to meet city needs and providing for the collection and treatment of wastewater.
