2.369.010 Organization.¶
The information technology department is comprised of four divisions: administration, infrastructure support, business solutions, and business innovations under the chief technology officer. (Ord. No. 2022-002, § 10, 3-21-22)
2.369.020 Information technology – Duties.¶
The department provides technical and operational support for city staff in areas of hardware and software configuration, server and desktop configurations, application installation and upgrade, network operations, data security and backup, computer training, web services for both the public and the internal SharePoint sites, information technology and map support, and user HelpDesk support.
