2.360.010 Organization.¶
The human resources department is established under the direction and administration of the human resources director. (Ord. No. 2003-003, § 1, 4-28-03)
2.360.020 Duties and responsibilities.¶
Under the direction of the human resources director, the department is responsible for recruitment and selection, classification, compensation and benefits, workers compensation training, employee relations and labor negotiations, payroll functions and risk management coordination.
