12.08.010 - International Property Maintenance Code Adoption.

The International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, save and except such portions as are deleted, modified, or amended as set forth in the table below, "IPMC Adoption Amendments," as the city property maintenance code. One copy of said code and amendments is on file in the office of the building official of the city of Vallejo, California, for use and examination by the public.

12.08.020 - Board of Appeals.

The Board of Appeals shall be the Code Enforcement Appeals Board as established in Chapter 2.49, superseding Section 106.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition.
