12.48.010 - Existing Building Code Adoption.¶
The California Existing Building Code, 2025 Edition, and all its appendices, as amended and appearing in the 2025 California Building Standards Code, California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 10, based on the 2024 International Existing Building Code, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, save and except such portions as are deleted, modified, or amended; as the city existing building code. One copy of said code and amendments is on file in the office of the building official of the city of Vallejo, California, for use and examination by the public.

12.48.020 - Board of Appeals.¶
The Board of Appeals shall be the Building Standards Code Appeals Board.
