4.12.050 - Allowing steam to pass over streets a misdemeanor.

It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to cause or allow any locomotive steam engine to blow off steam in a way that permits the steam to pass over or upon any street or public way.

4.12.060 - Blowing off steam along certain streets a misdemeanor.

It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to cause or allow any locomotive steam engine to blow off steam within that strip of land 100 feet wide, occupied as a railroad, abutting upon the northwesterly side of Fourth and West Fourth Streets between C Street and Oil Street in this City.
