2.48.010 - Office created.

There is created the office of finance officer for the city.

2.48.020 - Appointment and removal.

The finance officer shall be appointed to the office and removed from office by the city manager.

2.48.030 - Powers and duties.

The finance officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as described in city council Resolution No. 15-94 and Resolution No. 50-81. The finance officer shall exercise such additional powers and duties as the city council may establish by resolution or ordinance.

2.48.040 - Deputies—Appointment—Powers and duties.

The city manager, with consent of the city council, may appoint one or more deputies to the finance officer, who shall have the same duties and powers as the finance officer, subject to his control and direction.

2.48.050 - Compensation.

Compensation of the finance officer and any deputies shall be fixed by the city council.
