2.44.010 - Contract with California State Employees' Retirement System adopted.

A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, is hereby authorized, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.44.020 - Execution of contract authorized.

The president of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract described in Section 2.44.010 of this chapter for and on behalf of said agency.

2.44.030 - Amendment of contract—Authorized.

An amendment to the contract between the city council of the city of Tehachapi and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.44.040 - Amendment of contract—Mayor's authority.

The mayor of the Tehachapi city council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said agency.
