§ 10.48.010. Fees established.¶
Pursuant to Section 54985 of the Government Code, based upon the actual cost to provide service, the fees to be charged by the county of Stanislaus for jail alternative programs pursuant to Section 4024.2, et seq., of the Penal Code and applicable law are established and shall be as follows:
A. The application fee for each of the electronic monitoring program, the alternative work program and the work furlough program shall be fifty dollars.
B. The daily fee for participation in the alternative work program is ten dollars; provided however, in the event that an inmate fails to appear and their work program participation needs to be rescheduled, there shall be imposed a reschedule fee in the amount of ten dollars.
C. All individuals in the electronic monitoring program shall pay a daily participation fee in the amount of twenty dollars.
D. Individuals in the work furlough program shall pay a daily participation fee in the amount of twenty dollars.
