§ 10.08.010. Inciting breach of peace.¶
It is unlawful for any person to utter, publish, or use any seditious language, words, remark or epithets, which are likely to incite imminent breach of the peace.

§ 10.08.020. Obstructing passage.¶
It is unlawful for any person to loiter, stand, or sit in or upon any public highway, alley, sidewalk or crosswalk so as to obstruct the free passage therein or thereon of persons or vehicles passing or attempting to pass along the same.

§ 10.08.030. Obstructing entrance.¶
It is unlawful for any person to loiter, stand or sit in or at the entrance of, or approach to any church, hall, theatre, park and places of public assemblage so as to in any manner obstruct said entrance or approach.

§ 10.08.035. Picketing regulations.¶
A. The protection and preservation of a residential dwelling should be assured so that members of the community may enjoy a feeling of well-being, tranquility and privacy in their homes.
B. No person shall engage in picketing activity that is targeted at a particular residential dwelling.
C. For purposes of this chapter, the term "residential dwelling" means any permanent building being used by its occupants solely for non-transient, residential use.
D. For purposes of this chapter, the term "targeted" picketing means picketing activity that is targeted at a particular residential dwelling and proceeds on a definitive course or route in front of that particular residential dwelling.
E. This chapter does not and shall not be interpreted to preclude picketing in a residential area that is not targeted at a particular residential dwelling.

§ 10.08.040. Objects carried in march or picket line.¶
It is unlawful for any person to carry or possess while participating in any demonstration, rally, picket line or public assembly any length of lumber, wood or lath unless that object is three-eighths of an inch or less in thickness and two inches or less in width, or if not generally rectangular in shape, such object shall not exceed three-fourths of an inch in its thickest dimension. Such object shall not be sharpened to a point and all materials attached to any such object shall be fastened in such manner that the pointed ends of any fastener do not remain exposed. Metal rods and pipes are prohibited from use and shall not be carried by any person during any demonstration, rally, picket line or public assembly.

§ 10.08.050. Violations—Penalties.¶
A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1.36.010.
