§ 10.28.010. Hours.¶

It is unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen years to loiter on a public street or in or about any other public place in the county between the hours of eleven p.m. and five a.m. of the day immediately following, unless the minor is accompanied by his parent, guardian or an adult person having legal control or charge of the minor.
