Requests for issuance of a certificate of compliance shall be submitted, in legible and readily reproducible writing, to the director, on paper accompanied by a plot plan and such supporting information as may be deemed necessary by the director to determine compliance and shall be accompanied by a checking fee in such amount as may be fixed from time to time by order or resolution of the board.

§ 20.84.020. Review.

Within thirty calendar days after filing of the request, the director shall review the request and determine whether the property or the division thereof complies with the provision of the Subdivision Map Act and this title. If the director determines the property or the division thereof complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this title, a certificate of compliance shall be issued. If the director determines the property or the division thereof does not comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this title, the director shall forward the request to the commission.
