Chapter 20.72 — RESUBMITTAL TIME LIMIT

§ 20.72.010. Resubmittal after denial. ¶
Any application or request which has been denied wholly or in part by the commission, or by the board on appeal, shall not be resubmitted for a period of one year from the date the order of denial became final, except on grounds of new evidence or proof of changed conditions found to be valid by the commission or the board, whichever issued such order of denial.
