9.32.010 - Authorized in Performance of Regular Duties

Regular police officers, special police officers, peace officers, or law enforcement officers within the city, are authorized to carry wooden clubs, batons, blackjacks, billy clubs or sand clubs, in the performance of their regular duties as such officers.
