9.12.010 - On Streets, Sidewalks and Highways; Unlawful

It is unlawful for any person to be found on or in public streets, sidewalks, highways, places or squares in a state of intoxication.

9.12.020 - In an Automobile; Unlawful

It is unlawful for any person to be in or upon any automobile upon any public highway or in any public place in a state of intoxication.

9.12.030 - Violation; Penalty

Any person found guilty of any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in Section 1.08.010.
