10.40.010 Establishment.

The city manager shall establish, by appropriate marking, crosswalks between intersections on those portions of highways as specified by city council resolution. (Ord. 37 § 1, 1987; 1987 Code § 7.36.010)

10.40.020 Regulation of pedestrians.

It is unlawful for any pedestrian to cross a roadway, except at a crosswalk, on any of the following highways:

A. Santa Victoria between Santa Cecelia and Santa Carina;

B. Lomas Santa Fe Drive. (Ord. 116 § 1, 1990)
